Online Bookings

Unfortunately we are noticing an increase in the number of online bookings being made where the client does not attend and does not notify us (no shows).  This does not allow us to utilise that appointment time for other clients. Due to this we now feel it is necessary to take a 50% deposit at the time of making the online booking.  This amount will be deducted from the session fee at the time of attending.   This deposit may be refundable if cancellation is made with greater than 24 hours notice. We do regret having to take these steps

Cancellations

   Life does get busy and  we  understand that there are times when it may be necessary to cancel your appointment, however,  We require a full 24 hours notice of your inability to attend, where ever possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice typically cannot be filled with such short notice and therefore will attract a  charge of 50% of the session fee.  Failure to provide any notice (no shows)  will result in you being Invoiced  the full session fee to help recover costs associated with being unable to utilize the session time

Friday  - Online only by arrangement
