My name is Lewis, and I’m in the final year of my Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Adelaide. Before pursuing this path, I completed a Bachelor of Music and
continue to perform regularly, allowing me to connect with others through a unique, creative perspective.
Through my studies, I have gravitated towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have a particular interest in grief and loss, finding it deeply rewarding to help clients navigate these challenging and often overwhelming experiences.
I approach therapy with a strong focus on being non-judgmental and client-centred, working with teenagers and adults to create a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. I believe the therapeutic relationship is fundamental to creating lasting change, and I strive to provide a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work through their challenges at their own pace.
If you’re looking to work through challenging emotions, make sense of life’s transitions, or just have a space where you can truly be yourself, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
