Fees and payment
In order to enable you to get the help you are looking for I have attempted to keep my fees affordable. They are priced to be competitive and are discounted quite substantially from the recommended fee structure for comparable services. Cost does matter especially when it is more than a one-off payment and it goes beyond one or two sessions to achieve a successful outcome. However, cost alone should not be the sole motivation for choosing a therapist, therefore, to increase the likelihood of being satisfied with outcomes, it is important to consider, training, expertise and endorsement when choosing your therapist.
Our preference is to conduct sessions face to face with payment due on the day, however we do offer phone or video (Zoom) sessions, and these require payment, prior to the session commencing. (an invoice will be emailed 24 hrs. prior)
CANCELLATIONS
Life does get busy, and we understand that there are times when it may be necessary to cancel your appointment, however, we require a full 24 hours' notice of your inability to attend, wherever possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice typically cannot be filled with such short notice and therefore will attract a charge of 50% of the session fee. Failure to provide any notice (no shows) will result in you being Invoiced the full session fee to help recover costs associated with being unable to utilize the session time.

Concession
A concession can be applied to the individual session fees on providing an eligible current concession Card such as a Health Care Card, Pension or Student Card. However it cannot be used in conjunction with Private Health Insurance

Concession
A concession can be applied to the couples session fees when both partners hold an eligible current concession Card such as an Aged Pension Disability Support Pension, or an Income Support Payment. However it cannot be used in conjunction with Private Health Insurance

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. However American Express Cards will attract a $4.50 surcharge.
PRIVATE HEALTH REBATES
Eligible members of the following Health Funds may be entitled to a rebate on their fees (claimed direct from health fund).
Medibank Private, Bupa, Police Health, ahm Phoenix Health, CUA Health St Luke's Health, Emergency Services Health, Westfund, Teachers Union Health, GMHBA, AIA and Doctors Health.
Please check with your fund that you have the right level of cover.
