Do you feel like you’re the only one who is socially anxious? Small group therapy can help you realize that you’re not alone, that people who seem outwardly confident may actually be socially anxious too, and that others find the same social situations as difficult as you.
In group therapy, you increase your chances of learning new insights and coping mechanisms from not only the therapist but also other members of the group. A small group can give you a safe space to practice building your social skills.
